Welcome to the Lambert Record Management Center Imaging Services homepage. Thank you very much for visiting us.
Increasingly, as the volume of information coming across people's desks and flowing throughout organizations continues to grow, and as the number of regulations or privacy concerns similarly escalate, imaging and workflow applications become more and more attractive to many professionals. The words "we want to go paperless" are common. And the right solutions are out there...you just need someone you can trust to provide the roadmap.
Certain types of records are well suited to the digital world: including documents that are already in electronic format; documents with a high frequency of retrieval; documents with a potential need for immediate access; documents that get sent back and forth between multiple users and/or that have a need for widespread distribution; or documents for which a digital solution offers more ideal preservation and/or protection for business continuity purposes.
New audit requirements, compliance issues or strengthened government regulations such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), the Patriot Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley and revisions to the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) all affect the way private or confidential information is treated and protected. Lambert Record Management Center is committed to delivering every project on time and with the expected results.
The trusted professionals at Lambert Record Management Center understand the issues and we're here to help.
Experienced project managers and scanning personnel ensure that every project is completed to documented specifications. Projects go through pre-designed quality control procedures. And you'll have options related to disposition of both your paper and electronic information assets...paper records can be shredded or stored within our secure facilities at a comparatively low cost to other storage alternatives or digital information can be delivered back to you on a CD with an included viewer.
Every document that is entered into a document management system must be uniquely and accurately identified in the system’s database through the use of specific descriptive information that must either be captured from the actual document itself or that is keypunched and linked to that document when retrieval or other disposition is required. For example, patient names, invoice numbers, or other key descriptive information that appears on records or forms may be able to be automatically read from those forms and placed into an index; provided the information appears on the same exact place on each separate document.
Count on the professionals at Lambert Record Management Center to work with you in advance during the planning stages to help put the right solutions to work for each specific application, project or requirement.
